MEDS offers a cost-effective
and efficient way to get your claims paid in a timely and accurate manner. By
working with your practice MEDS will tailor an approach that is as non-intrusive as
possible for you and your staff. Other medical billers might insist on installing
software at your office and training your staff to learn their software. While
others will hire inexpensive and inexperienced data entry workers to re-type your claims
allowing only for their software package to check for an inaccurate procedure, diagnosis,
or other data related to your claims. MEDS consists of only
Medical Billing professions that have at least three years of medical billing
experience. This allows for our staff to catch inaccuracies that would otherwise be
overlooked in most software packages.
MEDS uses a state-of-the-art intuitive web application which will be
customized to fit your needs. It allows you to submit claims, track claims, download
reports, ask questions, and modify information related to your patients and your
practice. Likewise if fax, mail, or e-mail is your preferred method of getting your
claims to MEDS we will use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to scan your
incoming claims. This allows MEDS to quickly and accurately submit your claims
